Overview

I shot and edited a short architectural film of about fifty seconds for Sutoon Developers, a real-estate developer. The film tours a large residence, moving from exterior views across the lawn to the entrance, double-height stair halls and kitchen, and was cut for social media and marketing use.

Challenge

A large house is hard to understand from still photos. The film needed to show how the spaces connect, from the curved facade to the spiral staircases and open upper levels, and to feel polished enough to represent the developer's work.

Approach

I opened wide and low on the lawn, framing the curved, balconied facade between palm trees, then moved in through the timber entrance gates and front door. Inside, I used slow, steady camera moves to follow the spiral stairs up past the chandeliers and along the steel-railed galleries, ending in the kitchen. I edited in Premiere Pro, finished in After Effects with a warm, soft grade and letterboxed widescreen frame, and kept the Sutoon star mark in the corner throughout.

Outcome

The deliverable is a widescreen architectural film of roughly fifty seconds covering the exterior, entrance, stair halls, upper galleries and kitchen of one residence, branded with the Sutoon Developers mark and sized for sharing on social channels.
